What does my purchase include?
One textured digital 3D model, an interactive preview and GLB, OBJ, STL and 3MF downloads. The price is $14.99 + applicable taxes calculated at checkout. Physical printing is a separate service.
What if generation fails?
One free retry is available if generation fails. If that also fails, contact Morphic3D with your request reference and payment receipt. A successful result does not include a free regeneration.
Can I use the model for 3D printing?
AI models can have inaccurate dimensions, missing details or geometry that needs repair. They are not verified CAD files or guaranteed print-ready parts. Contact us for help preparing a model for printing.
What happens to my photo and model?
Your input is sent to Meshy to generate the model. Your uploaded photo and generated GLB are stored for this service. OBJ, STL and 3MF downloads are converted from that saved model in your browser. Your result is accessed through your private link; keep a downloaded copy of your model. Use only content you have permission to upload.
